EskyFlavor will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. No Refunds will be offered on any purchase. Custom printed hats are Final Sale, and are not eligible for exchange. Please contact us via email first, before sending an order back for exchange. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition, unworn, with all original tags attached. EskyFlavor must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.
Any item that is returned in poor or damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Soft envelopes, padded envelopes and/or boxes that do not accommodate the eskyflavor trucker hats are NOT Acceptable packaging for returned merchandise. If a hat is returned in one of these methods, it will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items may not be returned or exchanged in person at any EskyFlavor reseller.
Sale Items and custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. EskyFlavor does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to EskyFlavor.
